What the providers' public pages say now, what changed from our dated notes, and what still needs checking before you choose.
These notes check public documentation, not product performance. Older approach reviews keep their original dates and remain historical until we review them again.
Nine public-document observations: four bounded provider-claim notes plus five corrections from the twenty-tool pricing recheck. This is not a refresh of all 45 historical route claims, the 12 reference breakdowns or any workflow permission. Official public pages were read on 9 October 2026. Notion USD annual/monthly billing was also inspected in the vendor UI. No provider account, purchase, generation, newsletter delivery or provider API was used. Account-specific access, output quality and total cost remain untested. Historical route eligibility and September expiry boundaries are unchanged. The next-check date applies only to these notes. All twenty bounded pricing observations, including their currency and billing scope, are published in the directory pricing receipt.
ChangedbeehiivDocument observed 9 October 2026
beehiiv's public pricing now uses Free, Lite and Pro; the old daily-credit counts are not confirmed
Previously recorded
The September receipt recorded Launch, Scale, Max and Enterprise with daily AI-credit counts of 10, 25, 50 and 100, while qualifying Launch writing access.
Public page observed
The pricing page now lists Free, Lite, Pro and Enterprise. It describes Pro AI credits qualitatively, without substantiating the former daily-credit counts in the readable comparison. AI writing access on every tier is not established by this page.
Choose against the current plan table, not the September names or credit numbers. Subscriber count and billing period change the displayed price; a paid trial is not a continuing free allowance. No account allowance or newsletter send was tested.
Linear's yearly Basic and Business prices are $10 and $16 per user/month
Previously recorded
The May directory table carried $8/yearly-equivalent Basic and $14/yearly-equivalent Business notes.
Public page observed
The official pricing page displays Basic at $10 and Business at $16 per user/month, billed yearly. Free supports unlimited members, two teams and 250 issues.
Budget per paid user and keep the annual billing condition. Monthly billing, AI-credit cost and hands-on issue tracking were not checked in this observation.
Notion Business is $20 yearly-equivalent or $24 monthly per member in the USD view
Previously recorded
The May directory table listed Business at $18/month or $15/month on annual billing.
Public page observed
With USD selected, the vendor UI shows Plus $10 and Business $20 per member/month billed yearly; switching to monthly gives $12 and $24. GBP is a separate regional display, not a conversion made by Fewertools.
Compare the same currency and billing period. Custom Agent credits and other add-ons remain separate, and product use was not tested.
beehiiv Lite is $49 and Pro $95/month on yearly billing at 1,000 subscribers
Previously recorded
The May review table listed Launch, Scale at $39 and Max at $99 without a current subscriber/billing comparison.
Public page observed
The current public page uses Free, Lite, Pro and Enterprise. At the displayed 1,000-subscriber selection, Lite is $49 and Pro $95/month with yearly billing; Free supports up to 2,500 subscribers.
Subscriber count changes paid pricing. This verifies published plan prices, not subscriber growth, delivered emails or account access.
Framer's current Basic and Pro site plans are $10 and $30/month on yearly billing
Previously recorded
The May review table listed Mini $5, Basic $15 and Pro $25/month.
Public page observed
The public yearly-billing view lists Free, Basic $10/site/month, Pro $30/site/month and Enterprise custom. Extra editors cost $20/month; usage expansion and add-ons are separate.
Separate the site subscription from editor seats, AI credits and usage. These prices do not establish a working website output or total project cost.
Webflow's current site tiers start at $15 Basic and $25 Premium/month billed yearly
Previously recorded
The May review table listed Basic $14, CMS $23 and Business $39/month.
Public page observed
The public Site plans now list Starter Free, Basic $15/site/month billed yearly without CMS, and Premium $25/site/month billed yearly with CMS and configurable bandwidth.
A Site subscription differs from Workspace seats, ecommerce, cloud usage and platform contracts. The review now states the billing basis and uses the current Site names. Publishing was not tested.
Framer still documents one-time Free credits; top-ups have extra conditions
Previously recorded
The September receipt recorded a one-time 500-credit Free allowance, paid-plan billing-date renewals and a pause when credits run out.
Public page observed
The help page updated 30 September still states one-time 500 Free credits and paid-plan billing-date renewals. A top-up requires an active AI Credits add-on and expires at the end of its purchase month; cancelling the add-on removes its extra credits immediately.
The Free allowance is not monthly. Additional credits have purchase and expiry conditions, and prompt cost varies, so a credit balance cannot promise a number of completed sites. This was a documentation check, not an Agent or website test.
Gumroad's headline fees remain documented; your total selling cost still needs checking
Previously recorded
The historical route fee summary included a direct-sale platform fee, additional payment-processing charges and a separate Discover fee.
Public page observed
The public pricing page shows 10% plus $0.50 for profile or direct-link transactions and 30% for Discover marketplace transactions, with no monthly platform charge. The page does not establish every seller's payment-processing, refund or payout cost.
Use the published platform fee as one input, not a guaranteed net payout. The detailed fee-help page returned no readable body in this check. Seller approval, local payout eligibility and an actual purchase/download path remain untested.
CapCut's template-watermark guidance still requires checking every layer
Recorded guidance, still documented
CapCut says exports do not automatically add a watermark, but templates can include branded ending clips, overlays, stickers or effects; inspect the entire timeline before exporting.
The current public help page still supports this bounded guidance. It does not establish free access to every premium asset, export format or AI feature. No project was opened and no video was exported.
The 13 route claims due for recheck by 10 September 2026. The other 32 claims were not due and were not reassessed. Each provider's current public page was opened directly, starting from the recorded source URL. No account, generation, paid test or provider API was used.
Historical evidence. This review is past its recheck date. These original claims have not been renewed by the documentation notes above. You can build a working brief while an approach needs rechecking.
ChangedFramerChecked 7 September 2026
Framer Free AI credits are now a one-time 500, not 500 a month
Before
A Framer Free workspace receives 500 AI credits monthly; prompt cost varies, credits reset each calendar month, and credit-using features pause at the limit.
After
Framer Free workspaces receive a one-time allowance of 500 AI credits. Prompt cost varies; paid-plan credits renew on each plan's billing date, and credit-using features pause when available credits are exhausted.
If you planned to build a Framer site over several months on the Free plan, the credits do not come back. Only paid plans renew, on their billing date. The help page was updated on 1 September 2026 and the pricing page corroborates the 500 introductory credits.
CapCut watermark claim narrowed: the cited page did not back the paid-export part
Before
Standard exports do not automatically add a CapCut watermark, but templates can contain branded ending clips, overlays, or paid export conditions.
After
CapCut says exports do not automatically add a watermark, but templates can include branded ending clips, overlays, stickers, or effects; inspect the entire timeline before exporting.
The no-automatic-watermark part stands. Paid-export conditions were not substantiated by the watermark article, so they now live with the credits evidence instead. Check the whole timeline for template branding before you export.
CapCut credits are documented for Web and Desktop only; Mobile is not supported at present
Before
Some CapCut AI and premium actions consume credits, and subscription, promotional, and purchased credits can have different priority and expiry conditions.
After
CapCut describes credit-consuming AI and premium actions on Web and Desktop, not Mobile. Subscription credits are consumed first, promotional credits next, and purchased credits last, with different expiry conditions.
If you edit on a phone, the credit rules on this page do not apply to you yet, and the page does not say what does. Plan credit-consuming AI steps on Web or Desktop.
CapCut Commercial Sounds stay limited to CapCut and TikTok; the cited agreement does not cover US users
Before
CapCut materials have item-specific licence scopes; non-commercial and Dual Use materials differ, and Commercial Sounds have platform-limited use unless separately licensed.
After
CapCut's non-US materials agreement distinguishes non-commercial and Dual Use materials with item-specific territory and term limits. Commercial Sounds are limited to CapCut, TikTok and TikTok for Business without separate rights.
A Commercial Sound is not cleared for YouTube or Instagram unless you license it separately. The agreement's introduction sends US users to a different document, which this recheck did not verify.
beehiiv Launch lists 10 daily AI credits, but the same table marks beehiiv AI unavailable on Launch
Before
beehiiv's pricing comparison currently lists 10 AI credits per day for Launch, 25 for Scale, 50 for Max, and 100 for Enterprise.
After
beehiiv lists daily AI credits of 10 for Launch, 25 for Scale, 50 for Max, and 100 for Enterprise. Its newsletter comparison lists beehiiv AI on Scale, Max and Enterprise, but not Launch; Launch credits alone do not establish AI writing access.
Do not assume the free Launch plan lets you draft an issue with beehiiv AI. The numbers are on the page; the access is not, and this recheck could not resolve the contradiction without an account.
Canva Free AI allowance confirmed at 200 Standard or 20 Premium uses a month, with sharing caveats
Before
Canva currently describes shared monthly AI allowances by plan, including up to 200 Standard or 20 Premium uses on Canva Free, with usage varying by tool and task.
After
Canva Free describes up to 200 Standard or 20 Premium AI uses from a shared allowance that resets monthly. Mixed tools and complex tasks can consume more allowance; separate AI design tools have plan and fair-use conditions of their own.
The allowance is one shared pool, so a complex task can use several credits, and some AI design tools do not draw from it at all. Budget on the pool, not on 200 separate tries.
ChatGPT training opt-out does not cover feedback you submit on a conversation
Before
Consumer ChatGPT content may be used to improve models unless the user changes the applicable data control; Temporary Chat has a separate treatment.
After
Individual ChatGPT content may be used for training. Opt-out excludes new conversations and Temporary Chats are not used for training, but voluntarily submitted feedback may allow training on its associated conversation even after opt-out.
Turning off training is not an absolute promise. A thumbs-up or thumbs-down on a conversation can permit training on that conversation. Use a Temporary Chat for anything you would not want trained on.
OpenAI likeness consent rule is tied to Visual Capabilities, not to every text prompt
Before
OpenAI visual capabilities require express consent and all necessary rights before reproducing another person's likeness.
After
OpenAI's Service terms define Visual Capabilities around image and video inputs and require express consent and all necessary rights to reproduce a person's likeness using those capabilities.
The rule is scoped to uploading images or video of a person. It still means you need consent before reproducing someone's likeness that way. Do not read it as a statement about every text-only request.
Canva AI Product Terms unchanged: you are responsible for inputs and outputs
Claim, unchanged
Canva makes the user responsible for inputs and outputs, warns outputs may not be unique or verified, and may share inputs with technology partners for functionality.
The page now states an effective date of 26 June 2026. The substance is the same: outputs can overlap with other people's, are not verified for accuracy, and your inputs can be shared with Canva's technology partners.
Canva Pro Content is still licensed per design at export, with no standalone downloads
Claim, unchanged
Canva licences content at export; Pro Content uses a one-design licence and cannot be copied, downloaded, or distributed as a standalone item.
A Pro photo or element is cleared for the design you export it in, not as a file you can resell or reuse. Some Free Content can be downloaded standalone, which is a separate section of the agreement.
Framer Agents still create and edit content, layout, interactions and code from prompts
Claim, unchanged
Framer Agents can create and edit website content, layout, interactions, and code from prompts on the Framer canvas.
The help article, updated 7 August 2026, recommends working one section at a time. This confirms documented capability only; no generated site was tested for quality.
ChatGPT image creation and editing still documented; the page is now titled Images in ChatGPT
Claim, unchanged
ChatGPT can create a new image from a prompt and can edit an image supplied by the user.
Documented capability, not a quality claim. The source page changed its title, which is why the recheck is recorded even though the substance is unchanged.
