Who has access now?

OpenAI announced GPT-6 Cyber on 5 November. Initial API and Codex access is limited to selected approved Daybreak Red customers. Expansion to all Red customers is planned; it is not described as complete.

OpenAI separately says GPT-5.6 Cyber is available to all Red customers and is expanding the GPT-6 Astra Daybreak Blue alpha to more organizations and individual researchers.

What this establishes

This is a restricted-access release, not evidence that an ordinary ChatGPT subscription includes the model. No numeric price or free allowance is verified here. OpenAI’s performance claims remain vendor claims.

The Codex profile keeps its existing plan observations. Source receipt and limits.
