Make gives you a route, not a finished file. It helps an adult choose a method and tools, then follow a local project. It does not perform the work, upload media, or access tool accounts.
Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using fewertools.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The directory, Make, and Editions clauses apply to the public services described below.
FEWERTOOLS LTD operates fewertools.com and Fewertools Editions. FEWERTOOLS LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number 17022891. Its registered office is 607 The Almere Flat 607 The Almere, Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, England, MK9 2GG. Contact clinton@fewertools.com.
What the directory provides
Fewertools is an informational directory providing software research, recommendations and comparisons, curated stacks for different use cases, educational content, and links to independent tools and services.
Directory warranties and disclaimers
The directory and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Recommendations are opinions based on available research and experience, not guarantees or professional legal, financial, security, or technical advice. Tool features, prices, licences, security, availability, and provider terms can change. Verify material details with the official provider before relying on them.
Fewertools does not control or warrant third-party tools. A listing, comparison, or link does not guarantee suitability, legality, accuracy, uptime, support, or a particular result.
Affiliate links and compensation
Some links are affiliate links. Fewertools may earn a commission when you buy through one without increasing the price you pay. Compensation must not determine whether a tool is included, hide a materially better option, or change the substance of an editorial recommendation. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
Fewertools intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Fewertools owns the site's original text, graphics, logos, data arrangement, and overall design. You may quote brief excerpts for commentary, review, or education with clear attribution and a link. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape at scale, or create a substitute database or derivative publication from Fewertools content without permission. Third-party tool names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their owners and are used for identification.
User conduct
You must not use the site to break the law, interfere with service operation or another visitor, probe or access restricted systems, bypass controls, submit deceptive or harmful material, impersonate another person, introduce malware, or scrape content at scale. Reasonable indexing by ordinary search engines is not prohibited by this clause.
Newsletter and communications
If you subscribe, you consent only to the requested email purpose shown beside that form. Joining The Drop does not request Editions emails, and joining Editions does not request The Drop. You may unsubscribe through any email. If you contact us, you authorize us to use the submitted details to respond, administer the request, and retain a reasonable support or rights record. The Privacy Policy explains the active Beehiiv and Resend flows.
Third-party links and transactions
External websites, software providers, and merchants have their own content, terms, prices, licences, privacy practices, security, billing, cancellation, and refund rules. Except for a purchase that a Fewertools Editions page clearly identifies as available under the Editions terms below, Fewertools does not operate or control those services and is not a party to your transaction with them. Review the provider's current terms before creating an account, uploading data, or paying.
Fewertools Editions digital products
Purchase is not currently available. The Editions pages are an evergreen artwork preview and do not contain an active checkout, price, or download promise.
Before a digital product becomes available, the product page and checkout must identify the exact product, included customer files, total price and currency, compatible file formats, delivery method, usage licence, support contact, cancellation and refund terms, and the checkout provider's role. Immediate digital delivery will not begin until the checkout obtains any consent and acknowledgement required for digital content. A view of the collection does not grant a download, reproduction, resale, or commercial-use licence.
What Make provides
Make lets you describe a digital job, confirm the intended outcome, compare suitable methods, receive an allowlisted route, and follow the steps in a local project. Depending on the request, the route can use reviewed local guidance or the paid Gemini API to interpret the task and assemble the route.
Make does not upload, fetch, or analyse your files or links. It does not create the final media, website, document, campaign, or account for you. It does not access a recommended tool on your behalf. You decide whether to use a recommendation and remain responsible for your work.
AI interpretation and optional research
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Fewertools limits route assembly to reviewed tools and evidence, but it does not guarantee that a route will fit every circumstance or that a third-party feature, price, licence, or policy remains unchanged.
Google Search grounding runs only after separate explicit consent and appears as a read-only preview. It does not become the route, start a project, or create a Fewertools ranking. Review the cited provider pages before relying on current facts.
Your rights confirmation and responsibilities
You must answer follow-up questions accurately. You are responsible for checking that your ownership, licence, permission, consent, or legal exception covers the inputs, intended changes, output, audience, platform, territory, and commercial use.
Fewertools can identify practical risk questions and suggest a safer adaptation. It does not guarantee legal clearance and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.
Copyright and creative expression
You must not use Make to copy protected media, scripts, characters, artwork, performances, or distinctive creative expression without the required rights. A route may preserve general production ideas such as pacing, framing, lighting, or structure while asking you to replace protected expression. Copyright exceptions vary by jurisdiction and context.
Likeness, voice, and real people
You must have the authority and consent required to use a person's face, body, voice, name, performance, or identity. Non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation, biometric identification, sensitive-trait inference, harassment, fraud, and unsafe exploitation are prohibited. Fewertools may refuse the request and suggest a fictional or user-owned alternative.
Music, logos, and brands
Possessing a music file does not necessarily grant rights to its composition, recording, performance, sync, or commercial use. Platform music licences may not cover export elsewhere. You must also have the rights needed for logos, packaging, trade dress, product images, and other brand assets. Fewertools may route you to licensed, generated, generic, or user-owned replacements.
Project data, model services, and deletion
The Privacy Policy explains when task text is sent, Gemini retention, optional Search grounding, content-free operational records, and local browser projects. Deleting a local project removes it from that browser but cannot delete provider retention copies or content-free operational records already created.
Takedown and repeat infringement
Rights holders and authorized representatives may use the process in our Takedown Policy. Fewertools may restrict content or access while reviewing a credible notice. Repeated or serious infringement may lead to warnings, project restrictions, suspension, or termination where appropriate and lawful. False or abusive reports are prohibited.
No Make payment or account
This Make release does not offer a paid plan, checkout, subscription, or Fewertools account. It does not synchronize projects between devices. Recommended third-party tools may require their own account or payment under their own terms. Fewertools Editions has the separate inactive digital-product terms above.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fewertools and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the directory, reliance on directory content, a third-party tool or transaction, unauthorized access, or errors and omissions. For Make, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, exact analysis, legal clearance, creative success, third-party availability, or a particular business result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Fewertools and its operator harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, material you submit, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these terms.
Make availability and age
You must be 18 or over to use Make. FEWERTOOLS LTD offers Make from the United Kingdom. You may use it only where the service and your intended use are lawful. Some providers, features, or recommended tools may be unavailable in your location.
Service operator location: United Kingdom.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the directory, Make service, provider contracts, platform rules, or law changes. Material changes will receive a new review date. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means the updated terms apply to later use, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Governing law
These terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer rights and any mandatory right to bring a claim in your home forum are not limited by this clause.
Severability
If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
