What qualified for inclusion

Each product has an accessible public interface, a concrete task relevant to independent work, and official sources for its features, access requirements and practical limits. All three were added as factual catalogue entries. Inclusion does not confer a quality rank, editorial verdict or recommendation.

Review scope: Official sources read 11 October 2026 and small synthetic browser checks. No account was created, no payment or invoice was sent, and no security audit or complete comparison was performed. Provider claims and observed behavior remain separate.

Pocket Invoice

Invoice maker with a no-account web form for itemized invoices, plus separate mobile and authenticated account workflows.

Access and price: USD 0. Free public access; no recurring billing for this scoped creator is advertised. No registration or credit card required for the public web creator, according to the provider.

Observed: A synthetic no-account invoice draft used quantity 2 at 125, with 20% tax. The form showed subtotal 250, tax 50 and total 300. Preview opened, but its PDF frame was blank in the observed browser. Successful PDF export was not verified.

Limits: The terms reserve paid features. Current paid account or mobile subscription amounts have not been verified. Optional MCP requires an account and OAuth authorization, and retains document, storage and membership limits. PDF download, sending, saved records, mobile apps, synchronization, MCP authorization and long-term reliability were not tested.

IcyZip

Live text, link and code handoff between two online browser views, with optional one-file transfer and no account.

Access and price: Currently free (€0). No subscription payment is stated for the current hosted service; future availability or pricing is not guaranteed. No account, installed app or email address is required for the browser workflow.

Observed: Two isolated desktop Chromium browser contexts paired without an account. Their full displayed connection codes matched, and synthetic text moved between them. The trial had an initial immediate reverse-replacement timeout; a later paced-typing attempt synchronized in both directions. File delivery was not tested: the automation attempted a hidden toggle while the desktop file panel was already displayed. This is a test-path limitation, not evidence of transfer failure.

Limits: This is a live two-browser handoff, rather than cloud storage, offline pickup, folder sync or direct peer-to-peer transfer. A new v4 short link is a routing identifier, not an encryption key. Share it only with the intended participant because another visitor can request the peer slot. File transfer, the 25 MiB boundary, QR scanning, phone hardware, interruption recovery, encryption implementation and reliability were not independently verified.

Aura (Deslove)

Browser vector editor for SVG, icons and logo graphics, with paths, shapes, text and layers. File import, save and export require a free account.

Access and price: Free. Free web access as documented on the source-read date; no monthly or annual subscription amount is quoted for this offer. Drawing and public examples can be tried without login. Opening your own files, saving projects and exporting require a free Deslove account.

Observed: A signed-out browser session created one rectangle and displayed local autosave. Selecting SVG export opened the sign-in gate. No account was created and no file was exported.

Limits: Some web imports and exports send document content to Deslove for conversion. Imported text may become outlines, raster images remain raster, and third-party formats are not promised a lossless round trip. Signed-in import, save, export fidelity, complex files, Windows activation, mobile support, retention implementation and long-term reliability were not tested.

Evidence stays bounded

The invoice arithmetic check does not establish PDF delivery or tax compliance. A browser text handoff does not validate an encryption implementation or dependable file transfer. A drawn rectangle does not establish file conversion fidelity. Failed and blocked steps are retained with the source records.
