Fewertools is run by Clinton Feyisitan. He is responsible for editorial decisions, corrections, and the standards below.
Editorial independence
- No paid listings or ranking boosts. Vendors cannot buy catalogue inclusion, an editorial feature, a “Recommended” label, or a higher score.
- No sponsored reviews. Payment does not buy favourable coverage or a change to our conclusions. The one paid option is express review: a maker can pay £19 for a decision on their submission within three working days. It uses the same criteria, the fee is the same whatever we decide, and a tool listed this way carries a note saying so, with its website link marked as sponsored.
- Affiliate relationships do not determine recommendations. Tools without an affiliate programme remain eligible for coverage and recommendations.
- Vendor submissions are evidence, not endorsements. Product details and corrections are considered on their merits. Sending a tool, or paying for express review, does not guarantee inclusion or coverage.
Catalogue listings and reviews
Catalogue records, documentation-based evaluations, recorded opinions and executed workflow tests are distinct evidence types. Catalogue-only entries have no quality ranking. A listing, verdict or score does not by itself establish direct product testing.
Read the basis and dates beside each claim. The current criteria-only ranking method uses qualifying editorial records; automatic estimates and legacy verdicts add no points. Workflow-test results identify their exact task and limits, and do not automatically refresh an opinion or establish an overall winner.

Affiliate disclosure
A few external links are referral or affiliate links that can earn Fewertools money. Each one is labelled where it appears, and the affiliate disclosure lists all of them with the date the list was checked.
Affiliate relationships do not change scores, verdicts, inclusion decisions, or ranking order. An affiliate link is a commercial relationship, not evidence that a product is the right choice for you.
Commercial enquiries
Vendors can send product information, propose an affiliate relationship, or ask about advertising through the partnership contact route. These conversations do not purchase editorial coverage.
Any advertising agreed separately must be clearly labelled, kept outside editorial recommendations and ranking order, and must not alter scores or verdicts. We do not sell sponsored reviews, paid catalogue listings, or featured positions in rankings.
Corrections and freshness
Pricing, availability, ownership, and features can change. Updates depend on the sources and review records available; we do not promise that every listing is checked weekly or that a correction will be published within a fixed time.
To report an error, send the page URL, the detail that needs changing, and a primary source such as a provider’s pricing page or product documentation. Submit a correction or email clinton@fewertools.com.
Where a source or review date is shown, it refers to that record. A page update date does not mean every fact on the page has been rechecked.
Privacy
Contact messages, site analytics, and affiliate attribution are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please avoid sending confidential client data, credentials, or other information that is not needed for your enquiry.
