A defined starting point
Three pages. One coherent website.
Included in the £1,200 starter
- Up to three named brochure-style pages, such as Home, Services and Contact, for one business and one language.
- One visual direction using your existing brand assets, with responsive design and implementation on the platform agreed first.
- Placement and light editing of copy and images you supply. New brand identity, photography and full copywriting need a separate quote.
- One enquiry path: a mailto link or connection to an existing, agreed form service. No new account or paid subscription is purchased for you.
- Page titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, sitemap and robots configuration appropriate to the agreed platform.
- Two consolidated feedback rounds on the agreed pages before handover.
Agree separately
- Additional pages, languages, substantial copywriting or a new brand identity.
- CMS collections, ecommerce, payments, accounts, dashboards, custom integrations or backend development.
- Complex redirects, content migrations, legal-policy writing or ongoing SEO and content work.
- Hosting, domain names, fonts, paid assets and third-party plans. Any recurring charges are identified and approved before commitment.
- Ongoing maintenance, future content edits or a new design direction after the agreed feedback rounds.
The starter is £1,200 GBP once for this bounded scope. Your written proposal confirms the platform, named pages, total project fee, third-party costs, payment milestones, delivery dates and acceptance checks before you decide. An enquiry takes no payment.

Make the scope clear
What a customer can buy, what is included and what they should share to receive a useful proposal.
Start the right conversation
A practical enquiry path with clear expectations about what happens after someone gets in touch.
From short brief to checked handover.
- Share the business and the goal.Send your current site if you have one, the pages you need, intended audience, existing content, budget and desired timing. Do not send passwords or customer records.
- Agree the pages, platform and proposal. We confirm fit and availability, the visual direction, content responsibilities, total costs, payment milestones and actual dates in writing.
- Review the direction and build.Give consolidated feedback in the two agreed rounds. New pages or requirements are quoted separately before work proceeds.
- Check, approve and hand over.Receive the finished site or agreed files, a list of checks performed and handover notes. Publishing to your agreed hosting and domain happens only with the access and launch approval set out in the proposal.
Checks you can inspect
A practical finish line.
Before handover
We check the agreed pages at desktop and mobile sizes, navigation and primary link destinations, headings, form labels and keyboard access. Enquiry-path testing uses agreed test details and permission before any real submission.
The handover records what was checked, any remaining limitations and how to edit or maintain the agreed site.
After handover
Report defects against the agreed scope within fourteen calendar days for correction. New content, new features and ongoing maintenance need a separate agreement. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
This is not a security certification or a full accessibility audit. Search rankings, traffic, enquiries and sales are not guaranteed.
Useful details before a quote.
Can you redesign an existing site?
Yes, if the platform and access fit the work. Send the URL first. The starter scope still covers up to three agreed brochure-style pages; migrating a large site or complex functionality needs a separate proposal.
Are hosting and domain fees included?
No. The proposal lists any required third-party costs and who owns the accounts. You approve these separately. Nothing is bought or subscribed to on your behalf as part of the enquiry.
How soon can work start?
Availability and actual dates are confirmed before payment. The target delivery period is ten working days after the accepted scope, agreed initial payment and complete content and access. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays. Delayed content or feedback can change the agreed schedule.
Do I need a complete new website?
If you need up to three small changes to one existing page, consider the separate £199 page-fix sprint. For written feedback without implementation, see the £29 launch-page audit.
Start with a useful brief.
A website build from £1,200 GBP. Clear pages, scope and costs before you commit.
An enquiry does not reserve a slot, place an order or take payment.
Before you commit
Agree the work before paying.
FEWERTOOLS LTD supplies this private service. Send a short brief first. Clinton checks suitability and availability, then confirms the exact scope, total fee, start and delivery dates, access arrangements, payment instructions and cancellation or refund terms in writing. An enquiry does not reserve a slot, place an order or take payment.
If the work needs a different scope, you receive a separate proposal to accept or decline. No extra work is charged without agreement. Contact clinton@fewertools.com promptly about a change or cancellation. Read our general terms and privacy policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Tool submissions remain free. Buying a service does not buy a listing, editorial priority, public review, favourable verdict or ranking change. Client pages and reports stay private unless publication is separately agreed in writing.
