CoreWeave announced on April 10 that it has entered a multi-year agreement with Anthropic to supply the compute infrastructure powering Claude. The deal is significant for both parties: Anthropic secures dedicated AI capacity as usage surges, while CoreWeave lands one of the most valuable contracts in the GPU-as-a-service market.

The more striking number is Anthropic disclosed annual run rate of $30 billion, a roughly 3.3x increase from the $9 billion reported at the end of 2025. That growth rate in under four months is extraordinary and suggests Claude adoption is accelerating across enterprise and consumer segments.

Founder Takeaway

Anthropic explosive revenue growth confirms that AI API spending is still accelerating - if you are building on Claude, the platform is not going anywhere.
