Local tool-list check
Map the tools.
Review the jobs.
Paste your tool names to see their catalogue categories and possible overlap. Then check the actual work, permissions, exports and bills before deciding what to keep.
This is a category checklist, not a savings calculation or a hands-on review of your setup. A shared category can still contain tools that do different jobs.
Your tool-list check
Enter each real monthly amount in My Stack. Blank costs stay unknown. A tool-list link contains names; a local stack backup can include your recorded costs.
Make the next review concrete.
Give each tool a job
Write the task it supports, who needs access and what breaks if it is removed. A category label alone does not establish redundancy.
Reconcile the cost
Check statements, invoices, seats, usage, tax and currency. Record known costs; leave unknown amounts blank.
Test before switching
Try an export and restore with representative data. Check integrations, permissions and the migration effort before cancelling a working tool.
Continue where you left off.
Recover saved local tool lists and backups, research another tool, or discuss setup help with Clinton. Existing saved audit data is left in this browser.
