For web and marketing agencies · private pilot
A fresh pair of eyes
before handover.
Keep the client relationship. Get an independent check of two client pages, with annotated observations and suggested wording your team can act on.
A private service from Clinton Feyisitan. Your team decides what to change and when to launch.
A focused second check
A report your team can use.
What is checked
- The message and intended audience on each of two agreed pages.
- Visible layout at agreed desktop and mobile sizes, including keyboard access to page controls.
- Public navigation and the destinations of primary calls to action.
- Visible prices, billing labels and what a visitor is told happens next.
What you receive
- A private report with annotated observations, page URLs and the review scope.
- Prioritised issues and suggested wording where useful.
- The sizes, date and limits of the checks actually performed.
- One written clarification round, requested within seven calendar days.
This is a focused review, not implementation or a full technical, security or accessibility audit. No form submissions, purchases, account testing, performance certification or conversion guarantees are included.
You stay in front of the client
Your project. A private second opinion.
Set the context
Share the two URLs, audiences, main calls to action and any particular questions. Confirm you are authorised to share each page.
Get the observations
Receive a concise report in the format agreed with your agency. A brand-free version is available by agreement.
Keep the decision
Your team owns the client conversation, implementation and launch decision. No contact with your client is included.
Start with two pages.
- Send an agency brief.Include the two page URLs, your audiences and target handover date. No credentials or private customer records are needed.
- Confirm scope and confidentiality. We agree accessibility of the pages, report format, fee and dates before payment. Any NDA or additional requirements are considered before acceptance.
- Receive the private findings.Your agency reviews the observations, asks its clarification questions and decides what to implement.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays. Incomplete briefs or inaccessible pages need resolving before the delivery period starts.
Useful details before the pilot.
Must both pages belong to the same client?
No. They can be for one or two clients if both page briefs and your authority to share them are confirmed before work starts. The pilot still covers two named page URLs.
Can the report use our branding?
Agree a simple agency-branded or brand-free report before acceptance. Custom templates and extensive formatting are outside the standard pilot. The findings remain private client advice, not an independent public endorsement.
Will you contact our clients?
No client contact is included. Communication and delivery are through your agency. Reports and screenshots are not published without separate written agreement.
Does the pilot start a subscription?
No. £149 GBP is a one-off total fee for two pages. There is no automatic renewal or ongoing commitment. If you later need repeat checks, we agree a separate scope and price.
Try it on the next handover.
Two pages. One private report. £149 GBP once.
Send a brief first. An enquiry does not place an order or take payment.
Before you commit
Agree the work before paying.
FEWERTOOLS LTD supplies this private service. Send a short brief first. Clinton checks suitability and availability, then confirms the exact scope, total fee, start and delivery dates, access arrangements, payment instructions and cancellation or refund terms in writing. An enquiry does not reserve a slot, place an order or take payment.
If the work needs a different scope, you receive a separate proposal to accept or decline. No extra work is charged without agreement. Contact clinton@fewertools.com promptly about a change or cancellation. Read our general terms and privacy policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Tool submissions remain free. Buying a service does not buy a listing, editorial priority, public review, favourable verdict or ranking change. Client pages and reports stay private unless publication is separately agreed in writing.
