WRITER is better evaluated as a governed workflow platform than as an inexpensive rewriting subscription. Reusable Playbooks, connected knowledge and administrative controls can matter when several teams need a repeatable process with an accountable owner. Those controls do not make generated answers automatically correct or every connector safe to expose to every user. A pilot should use a narrowly permissioned source set, include an unanswerable question and check where human approval is needed before an action. Starter’s small user and Playbook limits suit that bounded evaluation. The public page does not disclose a continuing paid price, so an old per-seat figure should not be used to budget this current offer. Ask for commercial terms after the pilot establishes an actual workflow and review burden.
