Plan at a glance

Plans & sources ↓

Copy.ai’s self-serve Chat plan lists five seats and unlimited words in Chat; workflow credits and enterprise implementation are separate.

Limits to check

Chat access is not a workflow credit allowance. Run cost depends on actions and generated content; factual output needs review.

Research scope & testing evidence

Our evaluation

Copy.ai should be assessed as a repeatable go-to-market process tool rather than only a text generator. Its strongest plausible use is a well-defined operation that repeatedly combines research, company context and a structured output, with someone checking the result before it enters the CRM or reaches a customer. That requires cleaner inputs and more setup than asking a chatbot for a paragraph. The large gap between the Chat subscription and workflow packages makes the distinction commercially important: unlimited words in Chat are not unlimited automated workflow runs. Start with one bounded process, measure credits and correction effort, and inspect every external write. Buying a larger package makes sense only after a useful, controlled workflow is repeatable.
