Our evaluation
Calendly is straightforward to evaluate for a service business where reducing booking back-and-forth has an immediate operational use. The useful distinction is between a single appointment type and a wider process involving several calendars, payment collection and a team handoff. Start with the smallest plan that supports that process; a new notetaker or AI assistant is a separate purchase decision, not a reason to inflate the scheduling budget. The booking page should be tested as a client would encounter it, including mobile, time zones and rescheduling. For a team, inspect who owns the resulting meeting and CRM record. Scheduling convenience has little value if the next person still has to reconstruct the customer context manually.
