Our evaluation

Bubble is worth considering when the product needs accounts, data and custom workflow logic, and the builder would rather work visually than assemble a coded stack. That replaces some coding effort with responsibility for data structure, workflow design and permissions. A prototype that works for its creator is not enough: simulate a second user, empty data, failed API calls and repeated actions before judging it ready. Workload should be measured on the application you intend to run, because a poorly scoped query or background process can change its economics. The combined web and mobile plan can support a shared product, but paying for that bundle only makes sense if both experiences are part of the actual launch.
