Self-initiated service concept / 2026

AGAIN,
PLEASE.

A clothing-repair service that shows the price and turnaround before you visit.

I created the name, identity, service flow and working front end to turn an uncertain counter conversation into a clear first step.

What works
Live quote estimator

Quick quote / working prototype

Step 1 of 1

What needs attention?

Clean finish, matched to the original construction.

Illustrative quote only. A real service would confirm price after inspection.

Case study anatomy / Six questions

Brand thinking, with the service logic exposed.

01 / Problem
Customers cannot judge whether a repair is worth the trip before reaching the counter.
02 / Thinking
Let the identity earn attention, then let the quote flow earn trust.
03 / Business
Reduce uncertainty before a visit and make keeping good clothes feel worthwhile.
04 / Users
People with a repairable garment who need price, timing and feasibility first.
05 / Constraints
The price stays a range because the garment has not been inspected.
06 / Outcome
A complete identity and working estimator with the concept status clearly stated.

The problem I chose

Customers should not need to visit a shop to discover the basics.

Before taking a garment to a repair shop, most people want three answers: can it be fixed, roughly what will it cost, and when can they have it back?

Again, Please is my response: a self-initiated service concept with a memorable identity and a working quote flow that answers those questions before asking for contact details.

The brand idea

Make repair feel worth doing.

The service decision

The brand gets attention. The quote flow earns trust.

Describe it01

Choose the garment and repair using ordinary language.

Understand it02

See an estimated price range and turnaround immediately.

Decide03

Move forward only after the service feels clear enough to trust.

Why this is in my portfolio

It shows how I connect brand thinking to a usable product.

The evidence is the connected system: naming, voice, visual identity, service architecture, quote flow and responsive front end, all working as one self-initiated concept.
