Self-initiated / Ecommerce CRM system

StillWarm

Good coffee, sent at the right moment.

A retention system that helps before it sells again.

01 / The brief

A subscription should feel organised, not needy.

Still Warm is a fictional coffee subscription used to prove a complete CRM design process. The work covers the message strategy, responsive hierarchy, reusable modules and the four moments most likely to earn or lose trust.

My role
CRM strategy, art direction, copy hierarchy and responsive email design
Deliverables
Four lifecycle flows, six reusable modules and mobile states
Evidence
The complete system is shown below. No client or performance result is claimed.

02 / Lifecycle

Four moments. Four different jobs.

STILL WARM01 / Welcome

Your mornings just got better.

Confirm the choice, explain the rhythm and get the first delivery right.

Choose your first roast
STILL WARM02 / Cart recovery

Your coffee is still here.

Bring back the exact bag without fake urgency or a mystery discount.

Return to your bag
STILL WARM03 / Post-purchase

Make the first cup count.

Turn delivery anxiety into a clear brew guide and one useful next step.

03 / The system

Built from modules, not screenshots.

The layout stays recognisable while the job changes. Live text handles the message. Product cards keep the order specific. Actions use the same placement and language across every flow.

04 / Responsive rules

The phone is the first layout, not the smaller one.

Self-initiated proof / 2026

No imaginary uplift. The evidence is the system.
